Boutique Workplace Company launches new centre in King’s Cross

Flexible workspace provider The Boutique Workplace Company has opened its latest centre, The Connolly Works, at 41-43 Chalton Street in London’s King’s Cross. The 17,000 sq ft urban warehouse — formerly occupied by Connolly Leather — will offer 310 desks across five floors. The space will be available as private office suites accommodating four people or self-contained floors.

The centre will be Boutique Workplace Company’s 33rd in London, and the company will open its fourth in February 2020 at 12-18 Theobald’s Road, near Chancery Lane.

According to chief executive, Daniel Wheble, “The Connolly Works will offer the type of creative working environment King’s Cross occupiers and agents have been crying out for.”
