House of Commons signs 20-year Dartmouth Street lease

The House of Commons has signed a 20-year lease for 53,000 sq ft of office space at 21 Dartmouth Street, SW1.

The offices, which are located in close proximity to the Houses of Parliament, are owned by global real estate investor and developer Quadrum Global, who bought the space as a multi-let property for £43 million in 2014 and took it to vacant possession before carrying out a complete refurbishment in 2017.

The redevelopment included the installation of a third lift, roof terraces and cycle access, and was completed in January 2019.
