M&G Real Estate has appointed CO–RE to oversee the comprehensive 80,000 sq ft development planned for 247 Tottenham Court Road.
The developer specialises in delivering large-scale complex projects in Central London, and has been instructed to progress plans for the project to create an office-led, mixed-used scheme at the prestigious site.
According to director of development and construction at M&G Real Estate, Philip Vaughan: “Now is the right time to progress plans for this site to respond to the changing market and a shifting occupier profile in this part of London. With CO—RE now on board, we look forward to progressing our plans.”
