Square Mile market receives significant boost from Investec

Following months of negotiations, Beltane Asset Management and Angelo Gordon have secured a pre-let at 55 Gresham Street in the Square Mile to asset management giant Investec. The firm is set to take up all 121,600 sq ft of the prestigious space, and will move in once redevelopments have been completed by the end of the year.

The move sees the global company relocating from Woolgate Exchange and represents yet another example of the substantial number of large companies moving into the City ahead of Brexit.

As Beltane partner Duncan Roe has explained: “The deal represents the area’s continued pull for financial occupiers.”
