New Central London offices for tech giant Google

Lively and vibrant construction Central Saint Giles designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano, who is also responsible for the London Shard Tower, has now been fully let as the Google team expands and moves into their new offices in the development.

The colossal tech company is currently occupying the whole of the fourth, fifth and ninth floors, and partially occupying the third and sixth floors, totalling 160,000ft2 of the building. Google are now neighbours to other compatible media companies in the industry such as Mindshare and Universal Pictures.

The building that was previously occupying the site was a somewhat dull government construction, Piano’s intentions were to attract an array of exciting businesses to the building, he stated that his aim was to create a “joyful heart” for the surrounding area.

Morgan Pryce believe that soulful buildings that portray an exciting character will contribute towards creating positive awareness for the city and the high quality office space that it has to offer.
