The Office Group expands into Fitzrovia with new start-up space

The Office Group has secured a 20-year lease with landlord Gascoyne Holdings to take up 28,000 sq ft at Brock House.

Originally opened in 1908 as the Philharmonic Hall, the building has most recently served as a base for the BBC, and now the shared offices company – which is owned by US private-equity group Blackstone – plans to invest in significant renovations to construct prime private offices and co-working spaces, ready to open by 2020.

The Office Group Chief Executive Charlie Green says; “Brock House is one of those unique buildings in London that is a true island site, so you have natural light everywhere… The West End continues to be the area for highest demand for office space in London, so we’re very excited to add this building to the portfolio.”
