The Premier League set to expand into new Paddington HQ

The Premier League has announced plans to move on from its current headquarters at Gloucester Place to a large, 30,000 sq ft site in the Brunel Building in Paddington, which is already home to many eminent global clients, including Sony Pictures Entertainment.

The firm has agreed a deal with FTSE 250 landlord Derwent London, which also owns the property at Gloucester Place, to take the prestigious new space – leaving Derwent free to conduct a large redevelopment of the old location.

Relocation is expected to be completed in 2019.
