West End Digital Media companies victims of their own success!

Companies riding the successful revolution in online media are now finding it increasingly difficult to secure larger office space in the West End to match their continued growth.

“We have seen a real trend in West End media companies moving East to areas such as Shoreditch and Farringdon simply becasue they cannot find appropriate office space where they have traditionally been based.”  commented Sally Brough, Senior Agent with Morgan Pryce, the specialist tennant acquisition agency based in Central London  “There simply isn’t the supply of high quality buildings to meet this growing market and often even cash rich companies cannot secure the space they want”

The continued redevelopment of the Shoreditch area, and specifically the Media City project, have filled the gap in demand with both rents and occupancy rates rising around the area.
